By accessing or using this website, placing an order, or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

ZIAD Fabrics and Textiles sarl sells textile-related products including, but not limited to:

Fabrics sold per 68 cm

Fabrics sold per 100 cm

Items sold per piece (pcs)

Items sold per pair (such as cups or shoulder pads)

Curtain accessory kits and related items

Each product clearly specifies its selling unit in the product description. Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing the selling unit before placing an order.
All fabrics are cut to order based on the quantity selected by the customer.

All fabrics sold per 68 cm or per 100 cm are cut specifically according to the customer’s requested quantity at the time of order.

Once cut, fabrics cannot be resized, exchanged, or modified.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the selected quantity before confirming their order.

Customers must contact us directly via WhatsApp to inquire about swatches.

Swatches are provided for reference only. Slight variations between swatches and bulk fabric may occur due to:

Dye lot differences

Lighting conditions

Screen display settings

Swatches are intended to help customers evaluate texture and color, but minor variations may still occur.

All prices displayed on the website:

Are listed in United States Dollars (USD)

Are TTC (all taxes included)

May be modified at any time without prior notice

In case of a pricing error due to technical or human mistake, ZIAD Fabrics and Textiles sarl reserves the right to cancel the affected order and notify the customer.

Orders are confirmed once the customer completes the checkout process and receives confirmation.

Payment method accepted:

Cash on Delivery (COD) within Lebanon only.

ZIAD Fabrics and Textiles sarl reserves the right to:

Refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud

Cancel orders due to stock unavailability

Cancel orders due to pricing or system errors

Delivery is available within Lebanon only.

Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on:

Customer location

Courier service conditions

Public holidays or force majeure events

Customers must inspect the package upon delivery and notify us promptly if there is any visible damage.

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, available on our website.

Due to the nature of cut-to-order fabrics, certain items may not be eligible for return.

Customers are encouraged to review the Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.

We make every effort to display product colors and textures as accurately as possible.

However, we do not guarantee that:

Colors displayed on screens will exactly match the actual product

Texture or softness perception through images will be identical to the physical product

Natural variations in dye lots, weave, and production batches may occur.

Such variations do not constitute defects.

ZIAD Fabrics and Textiles sarl shall not be held liable for:

Improper handling, washing, or use of fabrics

Shrinkage, color bleeding, or damage resulting from incorrect care

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Liability, where applicable, shall be limited to the value of the purchased product.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Lebanon.
