Refund and Returns Policy

At ZIAD Fabrics & Textiles, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, certain conditions apply. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

1.Custom-Cut Products (Fabrics)

All fabrics sold at ZIAD Fabrics & Textiles are custom cut to order based on your selected quantity.
For this reason:
No returns or refunds are accepted on any fabric once it has been cut from the roll, unless there is a confirmed defect or error on our part.

2. Returns on Non-Cut Items

Returns are accepted for non-cut items, such as:
Zippers
Cups
Shoulder pads
Curtain poles
Accessories and similar products

Conditions for return:

Item must be unused and in original condition
Item must be returned in original packaging
Return request must be made within 3 business days of delivery

3. Quality Assurance

We strive to provide high-quality products. All items are inspected before shipping.
If you receive:
A defective item
A damaged item
An incorrect item

You must contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.
We will review the case and work with you to resolve the issue.

4. Order Accuracy

Please double-check your measurements and order details before finalizing your purchase. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect measurements or details provided by customers.

5. Exceptions

Returns or refunds may be accepted in the following cases:

You received the wrong item, fabric, or color
The product has a significant manufacturing defect

In such cases:

You must contact us within 3 business days of delivery
Provide your order number
Share photos of the issue for verification

Once approved, we will provide a suitable solution, which may include a  replacement or a refund.

6. Return & Claim Timeframe

All return requests must be made within 3 business days from the delivery date
Claims made after this period may not be accepted
