1. Delivery Coverage

We offer delivery across all regions of Lebanon.

All local orders are delivered through our courier partner Wakilni.

2. Delivery Fees

A standard delivery fee of $5 USD applies to all orders within Lebanon.
Additional shipping fees may apply for:
Items exceeding 20 kg
Items with a volumetric weight exceeding 20 kg
Volumetric weight is calculated as follows:
(Length x Width x Height in cm) ÷ 5000
In such cases, we will contact the customer via WhatsApp to confirm the updated delivery cost before processing the order.

Orders requiring additional shipping fees will only be processed after customer approval.

3. Handling & Delivery Time

Order Handling Time:
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days
Delivery (Transit) Time:
Estimated delivery time is 2 to 4 business days, depending on the location

Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to:

Courier delays
Weather conditions
Public holidays
Unforeseen circumstances

4. Order Confirmation

All orders are subject to confirmation before dispatch.

Primary method: WhatsApp message
Alternative method: phone call

ZIAD Fabrics and Textiles sarl reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed orders.

5. Delivery Process

The courier company will contact the customer to arrange delivery.

If the customer is unavailable, the courier will attempt delivery again the following day.
Customers are responsible for being reachable and available to receive their order.

Failure to respond to delivery attempts may result in order cancellation.

6. Refused or Unclaimed Orders

If a customer:

Refuses to receive an order they have placed, or
Fails to respond to delivery attempts

ZIAD Fabrics and Textiles sarl reserves the right to:

Refuse future orders from that customer
Permanently block the customer account or contact details
Require prepayment for any future orders (exception basis)

This policy is necessary due to the Cash on Delivery (COD) system and operational costs incurred.

7. Out-of-Stock Items

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact the customer to offer the following options:

Replace the item with an alternative
Proceed with a partial order
Cancel the order entirely

8. Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate contact and delivery details
Being available to receive the order

Customers are advised to inspect their order upon delivery.

Once the order is accepted, ZIAD Fabrics and Textiles sarl shall not be held responsible for:

Missing items not reported at delivery
Visible damage not reported at delivery

9. International Shipping

For deliveries outside Lebanon, customers must contact us directly.

We will obtain shipping quotations from:

DHL
Aramex

Customers will be provided with available options and may choose their preferred courier.

Important:
Handling and transit times for international shipments will vary depending on destination and selected courier.
The customer is solely responsible for any:
Import duties
Customs fees
Taxes or additional charges required by the destination country

These charges are not included in our pricing and must be paid by the customer upon delivery if applicable.

10. Payment Method

All deliveries within Lebanon are processed via:

Cash on Delivery (COD) only

ZIAD Fabrics & Textiles sarl reserves the right to request advance payment in specific cases at its sole discretion.
